Employee Benefit Plan Employee Benefit PlanThe Company sponsors the Aurora 401(k) plan. All employees are eligible to participate in the plans after meeting eligibility requirements. Participants may elect to have a portion of their salary deferred and contributed to the plan up to the limit allowed by applicable income tax regulations. The Company may make a matching contribution at the discretion of the board of directors. The Company recognized no matching contributions in the three and six months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021.
